Gilisoft File Lock v6.7 can't access

Hello,
Sir, I have install my Gilisoft File Lock in D_drive with a name "Satyam" & also keep my data in same folder. Now I'm not able to access the software. I mean whenever I click on Gilisoft File Lock, the got a message, "The item referred by this shortcut cannot be accessed. You may not have the appropriate permissions".
And also as I have not install in C_drive, so i'm not able to uninstall also. Please do help me sir.
