I have hp probook 4720s . Last night I was working on it and forgot to plug it in and it died due to low battery. This morning I turned it on. It only showed hp logo and allowed me to go to bios and do all the test( i did start up test, says it's all right). Battery is fully charged. Can somebody help me please

OK take the battery out. Unplug the power from the wall, and take the power convertor apart, and set it aside. Press and hold the power button (with the battery out) for 60 seconds.

Now put it all back together. Let us know if it still does not boot, or if you cannot take the battery out!

I did that but it didn't work. But, when I wanted to enter into safe mode it showed me an error and restarted him self. Now everything works normally. Thank you for taking your time to help me.

Ah yes, the old restart trick, we often forget about it. Thanks for your feedback.
