The data is probably still on the hard drive. Which can be removed an put into a USB enclosure for access from another computer.
The computer itself is best diagnosed by a local PC repsir shop.

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
