Internet is acting, strange...

Alright, I am connected to the internet, but it says no internet connection. I cannot access the internet in any browser. I can however still access the internet in programs such as steam, discord and skype. In steam, I can chat and play games but I cannot access the workshop or preform any updates or downloads. I have tried disonnecting and reconnecting to the internet, restrting my computer, restarting the router, and even just giving it time. This computer is the only affected object in the house and my mind is boggled by what is happening.
