Is the DVI plug on the motherboard or is it on a video card?
All those components run on 5 volts. The CPU runs on 12 volts.
I suggest you unplug the power cord. then detach the power cable to the motherboard and then reattach. You might just have a bad connection or you might have a failure of the power supply.

DIV aattached to mb. I cleaned all dust. unplugged & replugged everything. no lights to num on mb, power only turns on not off ha've to use switch on back so I can't do 30sec drain
