hi,
make sure that the heatsink is properly seated.
take it out (disconnect your computer from the mains first) and clean it.
apply fresh paste to make good contact with the processor.
then put it back by making sure that the heatsink is properly fixed to the processor.
if still the problem persists, then this may be a problem with the processor, get it replaced.
