BSOD we'll restart PC for you and repeats Closed

Question

Hello,  when I start up my dell inspirion 15 3000 series, I get the blue screen with this message, (Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collection some info, and then we'll restart for you.), it just keeps recycling to this screen every time it restarts.

Houston have a huge problem here!

Unfortunately, I don't have enough information to be able to start helping you and it may take several exchanges.  I must log off in a two minutes. (supper time, walk the dog, etc.)  I will return tomorrow early morning.

In the meantime,  if you wish to continue with us, please tell me what your operating system is. 

Can you boot in safe mode ?

Have you made any recent changes such as adding software or hardware?

How old is your rig?

P.S. I have edited your title.  BSOD = Blue screen of death, term common in the IT world.  Scary isn't?
