Dell inspiron won't boot

I have a dell inspiron 15 5565 laptop that won't boot up. I left it on the other night with the screensaver on and the next morning it was off. I tried to reboot and the light on the front of the keyboard flashed white 7 times and orange twice. Then it started repeating the process. Any thoughts?

you can try this:

1. remove the battery and power cord
2. press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds
3. insert the battery and power cord
4. do a normal start
