Mark is not available right now. He is very busy trying to manage the recent scandal that shook Facebook concerning Cambridge Analytica and other problems regarding giving personal data to 3rd parties.

I had the same problem. Then my accounts were hacked ! I had tried several times to take care of this problem by using the Facebook help services. Nothing worked ! I've been a customer sense 2012. They wanted to charge me OVER $400. To fix this. I'm disabled on fixed income. I was extremely angered by this time. So I just deleted my Facebook app my messenger app and I still have an open Facebook page that I can do nothing about.. so there for my identity can still be stolen from me and it's all due to failure in customer service from Facebook. Never have another Facebook page ever !
