Formula that will adjust dates based on a change

what formula can i use so that the days (mondays-sundays) will automalticaly adjust when im changing the date (March 12, 2018)? It's for the DTR (daily time record); thanks!

If that happens, the original date will move, too! Is that is what is desired?
