Open my Yahoo mail account

I still know what my username, password, and secret question, but the problem is, I can't open my yahoo account because it asks for a verification code by sending a message or through voice call with my phone number. But I don't have access to that number anymore because it was lost.

How can I get through this email? (***@***) Please help. It is an important account.
