Unable to access my Yahoo account

Hello,
My sister's email address is not being recognized by yahoo. I have tried to login with phone, laptop. Tried to reset password, but still it doesn't identify there also.
Any hint whats happening with yahoomails?

When is the last time your sister successfully accessed her account?

Sorry for the delay. I had to ask her. I think it was from December last week to 11th of January this year. I my self had logged in to her account.

Try to send an email to the address you are trying to recover and tell me if it bounces back.
