Hello,

I'm trying to install another OS(dualboot) in my pc. I created another partition and when I was about to install the second OS in that partition that I created, it said that I couldn't install it because the disk is dynamic. My question is:
Can I convert only the volume I want to install the OS in or it doesn't work that way, all I have to do is delete all partitions and convert the entire disk? Is there a possibility to convert just one volume? Thanks for your answers.

My understanding is you will need to convert the entire disk.

Are you trying to install Linux or a version of Windows prior to Win 7 ?
