No Signal Monitor after cleaning GPU

Yesterday I took out my GPU to clean the fans, I did this by using a compressed aircan. I did not separare the GPU
I placed it back into the PC and now my monitor has a no signal black screen, and my mouse and keyboard arent on either.
My external speakers are on.
There is a blinking orange light on the mobo,
That i believe wasnt there before.
I would appreciate some help.

Try to reseat your graphic card

Ive reseated it 3 times,
Swapped out ram sticks
And resetted the CMOS battery.
None of these have changed anything

I suggest that you get a diagnostic from a repair shop, the cleaning must have damaged some components.
