Message initializing

Hello,
I am having a problem with my phone can't open memessages, its just indicating message initializing.
Pliz do help my business is now done.
I have rebooted more than enough but there is no change
Its a Samsung z2

Take the phone to your carrier, and have them make certain your messaging servers are all correct!
