Toshiba headphone jack replacement

My Toshiba S55- A5295 headphone jack was destroyed physically somehow, it looks like there is supposed to be 5 metal pins connecting from the motherboard to the headphone jack but only 3 are there. Are there some that don't matter out of the pins/ how do I tell which ones? Also how would I go about getting a new jack I could connect to the pins of my laptop? Thanks
