PS3 take 2 hours to load freezes

Hello, the problem with my ps3 may be different because it turns on but you know when you unplug your system out of no where and turn it back it it says it may take 2 hours to load up and stuff but you just press circle, well it dosent give me the option to press circle anymore only X so after I press X it stays at 0% and dosent move at all ive left it there for hours and it dosent budge so r.i.p to my ps3
