It doesn't matter, it still is missing like 3 years of Updates. Still not secure, still won't be able to browse the net!

May be the person does not need the net. I suggest that net browsing is still possible but technically suicidal.

I have rarely used Windows XP on an old laptop... Web browsing is still possible, but it is not great. The advice is to pay attention what you visit, to have a lot of patience and a very good antivirus !! Otherwise, for use without the Internet, Windows XP can work ....

Please tell me what a standard user, who is asking for SP3 is doing besides browsing the net! Its not like they are updating a SOCKET server or something! Look out internet, here comes ANOTHER BOT!!!!!!!!!
