Windows server 2003 setup could not continue

Hello,

I tried to install windows server2003 on my HP xw6400 workstation system. The system boots from the cd and shows that setup is loading the files. And immediately after that a blue screen pops up and says a message. I'm not able to move further. the message states something like this setup could not continue if this is the first time...........chect for viruses on ur computer......run chkdsk-f....and so on....
So please somebody help me out in solving out this issue.How can I install windows server2003.Is it possible. I am waiting for ur reply.....
Note
when i install windows server 8 or uper ver. it install easily.

Please not that

Microsoft is ending support for the Windows Server 2003 operating system on July 14, 2015

Computer systems running unsupported software are exposed to an elevated risk to cybersecurity dangers, such as malicious attacks or electronic data loss.

Users may also encounter problems with software and hardware compatibility since new software applications and hardware devices may not be built for Windows Server 2003.

We suspect that your system is no longer capable to have Win Server 2003.
