Someone hacked my email

Someone hacked my email and it was my primary email. i used it with my facebook and bank online. now, it was hacked i am unable to recover it because it doesn't recognize my my email. when i sign up with same email it said account existing. after that my bank hacked took money from it and unable to logged in, then my facebook got logged out. unable to recover it as well saying "link email has malicious ' now i don't know what to do. yahoo can't help and facebook. tomorrow i need to go to my bank.
