are you using a wifi connection? Many Routers need a wired connection to connect to the Admin page.

Make sure your device are connected to the router network (Ethernet LAN wired or wireless), check and verify, what's your router IP address, for fast and simple way, look your router IP login at [XXXX]
Find your router login IP in auto detect router IP address box.
http://192.168.1.1or 192.168.0.1
