Laptop is in hibernation Closed

Hello, 
I have a gateway ne71b laptop. Forgot to turn it off so it's been in sleep mode for bout 2 weeks. Now it won't start back up. Tells me something is missing. Used the alt f10 but won't reset 


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 68.0.3440.85

Try this 

1. Remove the battery and cable. 

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds. 

3. Replug and start as normal
