Specific keyboard keys stop/start working (again)

Specifically the H,G space and NUMPAD 0 stop/start working at random times.
I've reinstalled my drivers multiple times, reset windows with ''keep files'' and ''keep no files''.
Did a complete, clean install of Windows 10.
Worst of all is that I've bought a new keyboard from a different brand, and that also displays the exact same issue. Now on the U key, middle-enter and left-shift!
Contacted Microsoft tech support, but the techy just did what I tried before.

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated, I'm at a complete loss.

PS: Both keyboards are USB. I'm running a desktop.
