Hello,
I have Acer V5WC2 model laptop and accidentally I pressed some keys which made the screen locked and I can’t access my keyboard to unlock my screen. No keys are working. Can’t even see ease of access option on the screen. Mouse pad is working. Can’t use Ctrl+alt+dlt option to try to unlock my screen. Can u suggest any solution

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
