Unfortunately I do not remember my password for my yahoo account and I don't have a recovery e-mail address or phone number that I still have access too. I've gone in circles using the help login site but nothing is working. Are there any suggestions or is there a support phone number I can call?

Yahoo does not have a customer support phone number, with the number of accounts they could not possibly handle the floods of call.
You can't receive an account key that will allow you to reset your password, hence recovery is impossible.
