Merge 3 video segments File size big

So glad I got this software, almost out of options. However, all I wanted was use it to merge 3 video segments. Segment 1 very clear. Segments 2 and 3 very clear audio but all blurry video, at least inside movie maker. Total video 51 min long, is it because of the length? File size pretty big, at computer setting, it'll be 2gb.
