How do I downgrade from windows 10 to windows 8

Hi everyone.

How do I downgrade from windows 10 to windows 8. My PC originally came with the windows 8 but I upgraded to windows 10. It's been more than a year I've been using the windows 10 and I'd like to go back to windows 8. I tried resetting the pc, twice, but it didn't work. How do I go about it?
