Will it open on another computer ?

I suggest you try this:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5911-autorun-exterminator/
If you still can't open your drive after the exterminator, I believe your drive is damaged.

If it is showing in device manager then do a right click on the drive and click on "update driver". After updating the driver software check whether you are able to open the drive or not.
