Reset CCM Password

Hello

I come to you because I forgot my CCM password.

As I havn't seen any CCM forum, I talk in the Windows one. Sorry about this.

I tried to log in, click on "forgot password", enter my email.
I recieve an email, with 2 links (for my 2 accounts with the same email).
When I click on a link for my first account, it redirect me on the login page, without sending me any new password.

Could ou help me ?

I don't know. When I was on CCM, I was young ... I think I forgot my password pr my username.

Well, the email is sending you to an account. PLease send me a private message, and I will see if we can have the account that you send me deleted, so you will then only be associated with the one that you want. To be clear, send me in a private messatge, the account name that you wish to have DELETED! I am not promising it will happen, I am only saying I will write it up the chain!

You issue origin may have been that you have create an account on commentcamarche.net the French forum.

Go to the top of this page, click on language and then on French.
