WD passport can't find files

Hello,

I have 500 GB of files on my brand new passport external drive. I can't open them to see them. My also brand new computer shows the files have been downloaded to the C drive, but they can't be found when looking for them. Now what?

Hello

I suggest that the files were transferred to your computer. You just don't know where they are.

I suggest, using your File Explorer, using a key word, that you search for them.
