Before you can delete the account you must recover it. Here is how:
First visit the official Facebook hacked account page: https://www.facebook.com/help/1216349518398524] then click on the option "I think my account was hacked or someone is using it without my permission.
Then follow through.

Skybae account was hacked I want to delete it
