Device is not accessible, The device is not ready

Hello,

I just bought a 1TB usb from online shop, i have use it only in two days then it turns out i cant see it on computer where all devices are connected. i've look online for tips and solution like;
1. change drive letters and pathway...
2. uninstalling the drive and restarting the laptop while its still connected and re-installing it.

The USB still lights when its connected and installed but i still can't see the device on computer.


but when i look at the computer management, there is a device.


what should i do?? please help..

What is the make and model of your USB memory device?

What is your operating system?

it doesn't have a brand but when look at device manager the name written on it is nanddisk usb2disk device



i use window 7...

It certainly looks like you purchased a fake usb key

it seems to be, cant it be retrievable like can i still repair it?

Sorry but usb keys cannot be repaired more so when they are not genuine.

See if you can return, get an exchange or best, a refund.

Next time, I suggest you buy a pen drive made by a reputable manufacturer. The one you have looks like a cheap fake Chinese key.

well it hurts to know the one i bought is fake, and its good to have so many backups if there isn't good bye my precious thesis
