Hello,
My computer has stopped after showing starting Windows and even the startup repair is not starting,
It is not showing the blue screen even after memory diagnosis test
What to do now?

At this point your only option is to take it to a qualified PC repair shop. It's possible you need a new hard drive and the re-install of Windows.
