OptiPlex Won’t boot

i’m having an issue with my computer it won’t boot past the OptiPlex 360 scream .
I have tried rebooting the computer. The f2and f12 are unresponsive.
I have also restarted the computer and kept pressing f2 still unresponsive and did the same thing with F 12.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for me?

If DEL or F2 is not responding, it is dead. Take it to a qualified technician, or contact dell!
