Display keyboard and mouse stopped working but computer is still running

Hello, I just finished building a new desktop a few hours ago and installing windows. Everything has been working fine and running for 3 hours straight. But now it shuts off the display, keyboard, and mouse while the computer is still running. All of the fans are working fine and the GPU was running around 34-36 degrees over the 3 hours of run time. I replaced the thermal paste with the tried and true pea method but it is still having the same issue
