Edit recovery info on a mobile app
Tap the Settings icon Sidebar icon.
Tap Manage Accounts.
Tap Account info.
Tap Security Settings.
Tap Email addresses or Phone numbers.
Tap Add recovery email address or Add recovery phone number.
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter and verify your new info.
Edit recovery info on a web browser
Go to the Yahoo Account security page.
Click Email addresses or Phone numbers.
Click Add recovery email address or Add recovery phone number.
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter and verify your new info.
