I have a Dell Inspirion 14-3452. I haven't used this laptop in two years. I'm not sure how to tell what Windows version it is. It was stuck on the DellAssist page. Saying it has a issue restarting. It scans, says no issue found, then restarts. After restart its back on the DellAssist page again. Now it just keeps restarting
