I got a Gmail account a few years ago when purchasing my Samsung Note 4 phone. I haven't used it since. Upon upgrading to Note 9 I can't transfer any information that was stored in my Note 4 phone. It is broken beyond repair.
I have no idea what my password was or is. I have attempted through website but cannot remember and therefore cannot access ANY gmail info.
Can some one call me and talk me through it or help me in someway?

Hi,
If you have not accessed your Gmail account for over 9 months, it is likely that the account has been deleted permanently from the Google server. However, you can give a try by following the steps written in this article.
Feel free to revert!
Thanks
