My internet works fine on other devices but not on laptopSolved/Closed

Hello, 

I use a Windows 7 based Dell Inspiron laptop. My internet connection works fine on other device but on my computer, it does not. The browser page is endlessly looping, eventually showing a blank page. 

I have tried everything but the problem is still here. Please help!

Is your IP address static, or DHCP provided?

Thanks for the reply. It is working now. It started working when I clicked one "cccleaner" stuff that was down in the comments section. I opened the cleaner stuff on my other device so I don't know if that was what fixed it or the previous solutions I tried but it works now.
