My laptop is not turning on

Hello,

My laptop is not turning on. Even if I connect it to the ac, no lights come.
I tried removing the battery, pressing the power button for 1 min, and then turning on. However, nothing happened. What to do?

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 69.0.3497.100
