I am reymark, please help me to recover my Facebook account.I cannot open my current account because I forgot my password. Seeking for your help on how can I reset my Facebook password without my email and phone number. Thank you.

Hi Reymark,

Facebook uses phone number or email ID to confirm your identity. In case you are unable to present the same to the Facebook, it will be impossible to prove your identity. And, as a result, you will not be able to recover your account.
