Hello,
Hi my cousin is having an issue with her gateway desktop computer, I'm a computer tech but she has thrown a problem at me that I've NEVER seen before. I will be trying to repair her pc through REMOTE ASSISTANCE and would like to know where to look, and what to look for to fix her issues. She says it just unexpectantly reboots and the she gets these TWO error message after pc reboots. I want to make sure also BEFORE I do the remote assistance with her that this is NOT a VIRUS that will transfer to my pc LOL... If I think of anything else I'll submit another post...

C:\DOCUME~1\LITTLE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER236d.dir00\sysdata.xml

this is what she emailed to me.

Is there somewhere for me to go in her pc to see this COMPLETE error message.

I've read this site and others alike saying problem is usually memory issue....

hello,

Start the pc in safe mode, then do a system restore from a date when the pc was working fine!
Then use Registry Mechanic to repair all the registry files of the system!
