Hello,

I can't access my Facebook account simply because they ask for me to verify my identity. They say the code will be sent on my phone, but each time I do the processes nothing materializes. Code is not coming.

I also have an option to confirm on another previously used device and that I don't know how to use it.

Help get back to my Facebook account

To recover your Facebook account, check out this article.

Facebook should also allow you to recover your account via your friends list as you are unable to receive the code.
