Strange problem, my keyboard and mouse glitching

I have a problem, when I connect my laptop to the same network with my Pc it start to glitch the keboard and the mouse. How can I fix it? It s just when they are both connected to the same network

There is no signal coming from your computer press any key on the keyboard or mouse to wake it up

could be malware on the PC/network making the laptop behave this way.
