My Apple ID is blocked

Hi,

I am having trouble with my Apple account. I haven been told it has been disabled and can no longer update or load apps. I have reset the password several times, but have been rejected on all occasions. What do I need to do to allow me to continue to use this software as I am no longer up-to-date with apps on my equipment. Please don't say reset as this does NOT work. Further assistance is urgently required for me to regain sanity.

Actually, I have also got this same issue in my Windows-based platform as well. There are some queries along with proper solutions has been provided in https://errorcode0x.com/fix-adobe-error-df024/ that will be useful for them.
