HP desktop doesn't turn on

Hello,

I have a HP desktop computer that is approx 18 months old. I went to turn it on and the power light on the front top was flashing. I held it in to shut down. Then I went to power it back up. The fans run, green light on the back is lighting up, but the power light on front top doesn’t light up. The monitors also do not get a signal. I tried power discharge approach and it had the same result.

What are some things I can try next to see where the issue lies?
