Why does google not respond to emails ? I have been trying for several weeks

Been trying to get in my Gmail account with Google have went through all the hoops and they said they’ll get back to me it’s been weeks now and I’m gonna do is reset my password it’s a freaking pain in the neck and they don’t correspond saying they will but they never do of course I can’t get into my Gmail account at all

Google would never reply that they would get back to someone, Google does not have that option, all the Google system is automated.

You have probably addressed your issue to some other unknown organization.

Contact the Better Business Bureau. Although, unless you are paying customer, it is tough to complaign about FREE services.

Try the BBB.
