Laptop brightness not coming up when it gets to the welcome screen

Hello, good day...my laptop when its turning on usually turn on with the brightness being sharp but once it get to that welcome screen the brightness goes off immediately but the system will still be on I tried removing the ram and putting it back it showed at first after coupling the laptop back it went back to the Sam way... please would love it if you help me out with a solution.
