Hi,

When you try to log into your account click Use text or email to sign in. You can then receive an account key to your recovery email or recovery phone number.

Do you try to log in from a new location or a new device?

If you can, use a familiar device and location to remove this verification request.

Otherwise, try to recover your account with the Sign-in Helper.

Good luck.
