I can't access my yahoo mail

I can't access my yahoo mail. they are requiring my mobile number to change my password but I have changed my mobile number because I lost my phone and not using längre : so how will I access my account now? please help me????

Hi,

As you don't have access to your old phone number, you can choose to recover your account with your other recovery methods using the Sign-in Helper.
